By booking a session, reading, workshop, or any spiritual service with me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined below. These guidelines are in place to ensure a respectful, safe, and positive experience for both myself and my clients
All bookings and payments are non-refundable. When you book a session, the time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot always be filled at short notice. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, including rescheduling, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Occasionally, your appointment may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens and the new appointment time is not convenient for you, please let me know and we can arrange an alternative time. Refunds will not be issued
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled as there may not be enough time remaining to provide your full session. In this instance, no refund will be issued and the appointment cannot be transferred."

If I do not receive a call or direct contact using the number above, I will have no way of knowing you have arrived. If you are more than 15 minutes late or I receive no direct communication, your appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and handled in accordance with my cancellation and no-refund policy.
