I’m Sioned, a 37‑year‑old mother of two (18 and 14). My journey hasn’t been simple or smooth — I had a very difficult start in life and faced abuse and adversity right into my late twenties. My spiritual gifts didn’t arrive in a neat, magical moment; they began to unfold when I got sober and finally had space to hear myself, feel myself, and reconnect with spirit.
Healing myself became my first calling. I rebuilt my life through sobriety, plant‑based eating, yoga, dance, meditation, journaling, and reconnecting with nature. Everything I teach now comes from lived experience — from walking through darkness, finding my own light, and learning how to hold that light for others.
As I rebuilt my life, I went to university and studied a degree in Health and Social Care, diving deeply into attachment theory, psychology, trauma, human development, behaviour, and how early experiences shape our emotional patterns. I became fascinated by how people heal, how connection impacts wellbeing, and how resilience is formed.
I then completed a Master’s degree in Criminology, focusing on women’s issues within society — exploring trauma, inequality, adversity, resilience, and the lived experiences of women navigating complex systems. I’ve studied trauma, attachment, psychology, human behaviour, safeguarding, vulnerability, resilience and how childhood experiences shape adult patterns , through both my Health & Social Care degree and my Master’s in Criminology.
This academic grounding is a huge part of my work today. It shapes the way I hold space, understand people, support emotional release, and guide healing. For the past four years, I’ve been running women’s circles, wellbeing groups, and healing spaces, offering a safe, grounded environment for women to connect, feel, and grow.
My mediumship and intuitive abilities didn’t come from an easy life they were shaped through everything I survived. I’ve worked extremely hard to become the woman I am today. I was homeless at 15, faced significant trauma, and became a single mum at 18 with no education or support. I had to build myself from the ground up, healing myself emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
My healing abilities come from lived experience. I carry deep wisdom because I’ve walked through darkness, rebuilt myself, and learned how to transform pain into purpose. As I healed, something deeper began to open — a natural connection with spirit that strengthened in my 30s. My psychic mediumship developed as I worked on myself, healed old wounds, and followed the path spirit placed in front of me.
I am divinely guided to do this work. Spirit has walked with me throughout my journey, shaping my gifts, strengthening my intuition, and guiding me toward the work I do today. No amount of education or training can replace lived experience — the kind that teaches you compassion, resilience, and how to truly hold space for others.
I receive messages in different ways: pictures, symbols, emotions, sensations, and intuitive knowing. Spirit shows me things in a way that makes sense to them, and my role is to interpret those messages and translate them into clear, grounded guidance. My work is an energy exchange — a two‑way process between us and spirit, creating a beautiful flow of clarity, connection, and understanding.
